Project Administrator

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented project administrator who wants to work closely with our project managers and contribute to the efficient execution of our projects according to plan. In this role, you will be a central support function and an important link between various internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

As a project administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Administering and following up on project documentation
• Ensuring that project data is accurate and updated in relevant systems

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in administration, economics, project management, or equivalent
• Experience in administrative work, preferably in a project setting
• Good proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The ability to work in a structured manner, independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
